Caravan in Nashkel
Brennan of Rocky Creek happily takes your money, but doesn't actually go to Baldur's Gate. Other locations, he does though.

When the new Eastern Farmlands went in, the waypoint must have changed or become lost. It has been reported a half dozen times so I am guessing they'll get it fixed up.
If only we actually could set prices and collect some profits.

I mentioned this on the thread a while back when new EF went in, from what I can see Greenest has the same issue too
