Re: PVE Build

I have played a full paladin for a good 4 years now, and indeed the divinate is the strongest of the lot as everything is auto extended and you get more spells, plus if you don't care about smite, you lose nothing for going into it except 1 feat, but you would use that feat on extend spell anyway..

My build however is a great smiter, mostly for roleplay purposes as he is a old man and only got a few punches in him.

A big thing for paladins I find is their spell selection and also having pre buff sets so you can go into DM events with 5-6 revenants and a few other short term level 4 spells.

But I will say if you want a stronger build, the classic 25 maa 5 paladin is a solid build too, and does not depend on buffs. So for PVE purposes, he's great if you got friends who can buff you.

But its all about the flavour honestly and what it is you want from your good "knight"

Always happy to discuss and talk builds as I am on discord all day as I work from home.
