Hey Guys, it's been a very long time. Glad the server is still up and running.
So.. I'm a pretty technical guy but I can't seem to get NWN2 up and running again; after 10 years my mind is completely blank how it was done. Someone mind giving me the lowdown?

I'm using GOG version. It's pretty straight forward. You might need to enter your CD-Keys manually. A lot of people use Skywing's Client Extension.

I had the steam version installed but getting a error - graphics error. I'll install it from GoG and see if that solves my woes. Stay tuned

Hey old timer, can you be more specific about the type of graphical problem you're encountering ?
Schrödinger's Cyricism: NPCs simultaneously know everything and nothing about Cyric until observed by the Cyricist. Then they default to the state that disadvantages the Cyricist the most.

Generic 0xc000007b error. set it so it only boots in window mode, compatablity mode xp s3 - the basic stuff. Let me try fresh installing it from GoG (and uninstalling the steam) - see if that elevates any problems.

Well no dice, still get the same error when loading the game - 'The application was unable to s tart correctly (0xc000007b) click ok to close application.

If that doesn't work, download also Open AL:

Alright well fixed the issue - something with Direct 9 64x vs 86x. Short of it - had to dl the dll file (d3dx9_30.dll) 32 bit version and pop it in the nwn2 folder. Loads up like normal.
It's good to see old faces are still around. I'll load up the old toons, see what I have to work with, and see you guys ingame!
