A neutral good outsider that can close wounds by licking them and always detects evil and is friendly to good aligned creatures has nothing to do fighting with hill giants and slaughtered by adventurers every day.
Blink dogs!
These good boys and girls deserve better.

That said... 'be nice to have an area with good-aligned NPCs that you can go and kill. If only to make ''Smite Good'' an ability one can use outside of PvP and DM events...
Aurelien Amon: Human fighter, member of the Whitewood Vanguard, Hoarite
Lotrik: Not a wise Genasi, probably stronger than you tho, a master of longswords. Fully retired
Bob Thairo: Dreadknight of Bane, Back on the Coast, tyranning away with his wife
Most areas make sense, troll claws have trolls and other giantkind, duergar in mines, sahuagins near the beach, forests with goblins orcs and gnolls, etc. I don't think there's a single area other than those lawful good blink dogs that doesn't make sense I think the people who made those areas did a great job and know the setting well.
I have never seen a lore breaking monster anywhere. The only thing that doesn't make sense is that those monsters have been grinded out so much thag they would been wiped realistically a long time ago, but that's something very minor.
As for areas with good aligned creatures, I been dabbling a little in the toolset to try and make some new areas of good aligned creatures because there's a big group of players that would get behind it, I have a few ideas for areas and as soon as I learn the toolset well I will see if the staff likes them enough to add them, then we will be able to kill more good aligned mobs in a place where it makes sense.

I agree. I've waited over 10 years to lay genocide on some fairy village.
