Druids and Restoration Scrolls
Restoration is a druidic spell, but druids can't read scrolls of it.
You are fined one credit for a violation of the Verbal Morality Statute.

Fixed partialy. Scribed scrolls are now usable, but shop ones didn't get updated, marked for fix. Returning to "under review".
