Hello everyone. This is a monk/fighter that I put together with the intention of playing with a friends druid. Owls insight + tortoise skin should help the ac drastically.

I use Divine champion for a little boost to some saves while getting another epic feat instead of more fighter.
I wanted epic damage reduction to help absorb some more damage.
I'm hoping that the extra swings at high ab with greater flurry will allow the bit lower damage to still be adequate.
I would like opinions on any fine tuning or changes that would make sense.

Re: QuarterStaff Monk/Fighter help
I like it.
Power attack and flurry cannot be activate at the same time, so unless you need it, I would take Northlander hewing and AT if you need extra dmg or AC. It is absolutely best to make use of greater flurry for this build along side a druid that can buff you.
Now go beat them with your stick of doom!

I actually completely forgot that power attack and flurry did not stack. Thank you.

How good would this ability be? If I have a maxed tumble it should help with some damage correct? I'm not sure how it works. Does it just swing with a bonus attack or does it devour your whole flurry?
Chiontar Seagull
Type of Feat: General / Fighter [Maneuver]
Prerequisite: DEX 14
Use: Selected.
As a full round action, you may make a Tumble check vs the opposed Sense Motive or Spot DC of your opponent. If you succeed, you get a free melee attack against an opponent who loses their DEX bonus to AC. If you fail the check, you are knocked down and may not attack for one round.

I wouldn't take that feat. It takes all your attacks.
Athkatlan Triparite is better.
For dmg, use NH. For AC, use AT
Also you want 30 ranks of tumble for 3 AC

Take the ONE Weapon feat also. https://wiki.bgtscc.net/index.php?title=One_Weapon
You could drop dodge for it.

I suppose the question I have is how high is your Tumble skill, and how much sneak attack dice does your character have? Because that feat was originally supposed to be another way for sneak attack builds to land their sneak attacks, outside of Stealth or Feint. I have not tried it, so not sure if it even allows you to land your sneak attack dice.amxdark wrote: ↑Thu Jul 22, 2021 2:40 pm Chiontar Seagull

Anyhow, as for the build...

I would kick Luck of Heroes out, take Able Learner at level one since you use it to max out your skills without any headache. The free feat can be used on Northlander Hewing, which would let you get a total of +17 damage from your strength modifier, which would be only +10 otherwise. When you use Flurry of Blows and Northlander Hewing, you will lose your bugged extra highest BAB attack at the end your attacks, but you do keep the other two from Ffurry of Flows, and instead of doing 8 attacks per round you would be doing 5. Northlander Hewing is a great feat to overcome Damage Reduction. And naturally, the higher the strength, the more damage you will deal. Which is why it is such a great feat for Barbarians and Paladins alike, who can get +10 from rage or +8 from spells respectively.
Anyhow, If you do not want to lose Luck of Heroes, you will have to suffer a bit of a headache as you go through your build and re-organice your levels so that you can max out your desired skills without paying that cross-class costs. In other words, you need to take a level of monk every now and then, which delays your Flurry of Blows progressions, but lets you take Weapon Focus stuff earlier. Over all, the build ends more or less at the same end result, it simply a question of whether or not you want to go through a small headache to get +1 AC and saves. (If you want both Northlander Hewing and One Weapon, does you no harm to have both, in my opinion.)
If you are offended by what I said have said above, I have recieved my last warning, I have discussed Intuitive Attack, so report - for I do not mind. Getting me banned is nothing special, it happens every week. But you could also choose not to be offended, this place needs more banter, your choice.
