RCR End Timezone

Hello,
Could you please let me know the timezone used for the end of the 100 percent RCR period? I want to ensure I do my last RCR below the 1 August deadline.

We've pushed it back for now:

Until 15 August.
The time zone is hard to predict, since it will depend on the availability of whoever's doing the update. The safest bet is to count the 14th as your last day to do an RCR before it's returned to normal.

The server IP changed, from discord:
"The maintenance has concluded.
You should be able to connect to the server at 51.222.244.167:5121 and 51.222.244.167:5122 respectively.
We will work on getting the reverse DNS changed to the game.bgtscc.net address in the coming days."

The 100% RCR is pushed to August 22? also does that mean you can RCR above 20th level?
