Skeletons in the Mine level 3 and Chiontar River hide out

The skeletons in the Cloakwood Mine level 3 does not have damage reduction to piercing and once in a while some of them can be critted.
The Skeletons in the hide out in the lodge in Chiontar River, does have piercing damage reduction but can be critted all the time.

Ok for the Cloakwood mines, the ones in the Chionthar River hide out are not undeads though, but a bunch of bones with wrigglings plants inside, no necromancy as per their description.
