Feat is drawing from incorrect parameters. It doesn't check for 8d6 Eldritch blast, it is instead checking for 16 levels of Warlock Class.
All Warlock Epic spells have this issue.

Wiki was wrongly saying it checks 8d6 eldritch blast. I've updated the wiki to say it requires 16 warlock class levels so other people don't make this mistake.
We should probably consider fixing it to actually use 8d6 eldritch blast, though, as that takes into account warlock progression from prcs.
