I am writing this letter to inform you of the unfortunate conduct of your guards, and to also ask for your assurances the facts of the matter will be investigated.

I, Valkyrjæ, Paladin of Tyr, sought shelter and rest in your establishment after days of fighting trolls in the North. I entered your facility fully warded with Tyr's blessings. After resting on your premises, I set out again without wards. However, once I arrived at the front gate I was manhandled by four guards and thrown into the road like an arcanist kobold. Your guards stripped me of two bags of gold as a penalty for "casting four spells"! I did not cast any spells, rather... four spells were naturally removed while resting.

I suggest you make inquiries as to what constitutes "spell casting" on your premises and remedy this egregious violation of innocence at once. Also, please donate 20 bags of gold in the name of Justice to the temple of Tyr at your earliest convenience.

Thanks for your report. We will have a look why master Bentley doesn't keep an eye on their guard behavior. Such evidence of corruption will not be tolerated.
