[Northern Farmlands] Last Order's auction

Those passing through Northern Farmlands could stumble upon tents and lights, fires and folk conversing near them. A sign proclaiming the place as one dedicated for Last Order's Auction.

When asked, members of Last Order would explain that the tents and auction are going to be on the move and with their location, so will the items offered for bidding change.
