Suggestion: Swarm Summoning Spell

I was encouraged to put in a suggestion for a less questionable alternative to the HD 16-17 swarm spells currently on the list. We have Lure Shadow Demons (Evil as heck), Army of the Dead (Also Evil as heck), Summon Metalmen (Neutral but these things are actually Bladelings, which despite them being LN types are still pretty shaky for a Good conjurer to be dabbling with. LN to LE is their range, and they commonly speak Infernal and travel as assassins - not great company).

Conjure Elementals is a good middleground - who has a moral problem with elementals? - but the spell produces only HD 14 summons. With Rhifox's coming change to swarm spell duration, I thought it'd be a good time to put forward a Less Morally Dodgy swarm summon spell: Conjure Woodland Beings. This spell brings out a random selection of Fey creatures, from Good to Neutral alignment, typically including things like Boggles, Pixies, Sprites, Darklings (Who are nowhere as evil as the name might imply, and actually kind of tragic) and Blink Dogs, up to Dryads, Satyrs and Quicklings.

There are more, but I'm trying to keep the scope of an HD 16 swarm spell reasonable here. Summoning mini-casters may make the spell stronger than its counterparts, but there are plenty of other fun Fey to work with if this turns out to be a problem. Darklings would make for very interesting companions in a swarm, given they have sneak dice. Weak little things, but if allowed to attack from behind, a good damage source.

Most summoning and changing spells are fairly equal as far as options go, with the obvious exception of Shapechange's Cornugan having no Good aligned counterpart equal to it in raw stats and AC. Time to nudge the ball a bit closer to the middle! This spell suggestion is of course just an idea. If something as simple as summoning a bunch of minor Eladrin or other celestials would work, then great!
