A one-eyed man in crude sandals and an antlered cowl can be seen on rare occasions in Soubar, with items he has found for sale or trade. He does not seem particularly adept at haggling, more interested in being rid of the items in a timely manner. As soon as he is, he immediately returns to the surrounding wildlands.
