Since 32-bit applications are limited to just 2GB virtual memory has anyone tried patching the server executable to allow it to address 4GB? There is a handy utility here: https://ntcore.com/?page_id=371 that will make the necessary changes to the executable, creating a backup of the original in the process if someone would like to test it out.
