ToT/Lomar is awakened by the meteor storm...

[Blame The Rogue]

Lomar is awakened by the sound of the meteor storm, and reflexively rolls on top of his bed companion, a local barmaid, to protect her from harm. After the earth-shattering noises cease, he places a finger to her lips to indicate for her to be quiet. He rolls out of bed, onto the floor, and keeping low, he creeps to the window, and peeks out. His eyes widen in shock, and his mouth goes slightly agape. He quickly regains his composure and lets out a whistle, and dead pans, "Well, this isnt how I expected the day to begin..." The barmaid exclaims, "What was it!? What IS it!?" Lomar turns to her, and shakes his head, "You are not going to believe this...."

*Lomar tensed as he looked his friend square in the eyes.* Bloody risky, but I need to check on a some folks. Do it. *He closes his eyes, and his friend attempts to teleport them to Kraak Helzak* *There is a bright flash of light he can make out through his eyelids, and he opens his eyes and looks about, seeing the gate to the dwarven stronghold, he lets out a sigh of relief.* Lomar's journey took him across the north, and then, after a final and successful teleport to Nashkel, he bade his ally farewell, "Luck be with you. Also, I will NOT be teleporting again until this mess is over. Bloody insanity." His friend replied, that they always thought Lomar was a little off, to which Lomar just chuckled. Lomar approached the campfire, and is relieved to see many familiar faces. He says to himself, in a low tone, "Time for the new normal."
