Prologue:
The land of Turmish stands as a testament to the seemingly forgotten ideal of tolerance. A place where any might forge a home through ambition, will, and forbearance. Yet there was one born in the Year of the Striking Falcon, 1333 DR, which might shake these tenants. A child born to a minor lord who oversaw one of the most expansive vineyards held beneath the Aloerem Mountains nearby the banks of the Aloerem River. Most viewed this as the mere listless imaginations of the hands created out of the curiosity of the child's matronage. The years went by, and the child was not seen within the settlement which was unlike the lord's other children, and these rumors did begin to grow until its sixteenth birthday, the day to honor his rite to manhood. On this day, the story of Valendyrl Al'mani begins, this day that would change the fate for many within this realm and the oddities which he would make righteous... (to be continued)
