#### Brief description of the bug
The level 2 cleric spell, "Align Weapon" has 4 option: Evil, Lawful, Chaotic and Good. As far I understand, you should only be able to align your weapon against creatures opposite of your or your deity's alignment
#### What you expected to happen
Casting Align weapon: Evil on my sword should fail, giving me yellow text in console log saying the deity doesn't approve or something along those lines.
#### What actually happened
It is possible to cast "Align weapon: Evil" as a Chaotic Good cleric of Chaotic Good deity and it actually gives the weapon temporary DR penetration vs creatures that need Evil weapons to be wounded.
#### Steps to reproduce
- Make a level 3 Cleric that is CG of CG deity (for instance, Selune)
- Prepare "Align Weapon"
- Cast the spell on a non-natural weapon like a sword
- Examine the weapon

#### Anything else you may wish to add:
This might be "Working as Intended" and not a bug.
Align weapon: Evil shouldn't work as non-evil cleric. It does
