Thaumaturge Contingent Summons

There is a little very annoying issue with this happening.
I hit the button to summon..
stupid badger comes running and attacks.
I stop the summoning and fight back with the use of the contigent summon feat lost.

Doesn't seem to be an issue on other casters with similar feats, Palemaster comes to mind.

Hopefully you guys find the time and a solution for it.

On a side note. I noticed there is a short delay at least on my system.. like less than a second but noticable for the menu with the summon options to show up. I think the badger attacked in that time frame and maybe that's what caused it.
