As per title, allow you the option when withdrawing your XP to make your name (First+Last) the same as the previous PC. This would be to allow players to not need a DM to get their titles back via a name change after an RCR, and would also ensure that they were renamed exactly as they were previously for storage purposes. Would also allow a player that didn't have a title to rename as not-the-exact name for language purposes and then rename afterwards without a DM needed.
This suggestion is mostly just one for convenience to allow less DM workload.

Functionality example:
Withdraw the XP. After withdrawing your XP, a dialog opens asking you if you would like to be named as the character that donated the XP was. Yes/No. Yes renames your PC and advises you to relog, and you click OK. No closes the dialog.
