Background Choice Bugged

I created a new character to work as some sort of mule, so it's not that important, but when I did I had the Background List empty.
Is it tied to the storage problem? Just bringing it up here in case it slipped.

Not tied to storage. Probably tied to the fix for people selecting things too fast. Removed those checks from the population script and committed for next update.

It works half-way. I can see them again, but when I click on them I don't get the description on the table on the right - the brief description and which skill they're going to influence, like hide or move silently or spot or Lore Whatever.

Click it again. It's set to limit how fast you can click on it now to prevent people from clicking through things too fast.

Clicked a few times. Well, alright, at least twenty. But it stayed like this.
