Visual Bug: Floating Cloak for Female Half-Orcs

As a female half-orc, when two-handing swords/one-handed weapons, your cloak 'detaches' from your character while running/walking. The other 'stance' for two-handing, when wielding a polearm or a warmace, seems to work normally. Not sure what would cause it, or if it's reasonable to have it fixed, but I figured I'd let people know it's a thing.
