-Appearance-
Ulzan is a charismatic young man, his skin a healthy sandy colour, gentle dark eyes look upon the world behind thick silver-framed glasses. He keeps his head shaved, though one can't be sure if it's out of necessity or culture, but his thick eyebrows reveal the dark brown coloration his hair would likely have. Of average height and slender frame, he clearly doesn't spend much time working on his physique. Strikingly, on his forehead one can easily spot the bluish tattoo of three circles within themselves.
Without fail, he is always in presentable clothing that one could easily find in the wardrobe of a fashionable nobleman. In reds and golds, his attire is functional but consistently stylish, making it clear that he pays close care to how he looks, which one can't deny pays off in the charming young man. Around his neck, a necklace of a star all in silver.
-Personality-
In few words, Ulzan is polite, charismatic, observant and smart. A sociable young man, ready to flatter his way through a crowd. His posture is much similar to that one would expect of a nobleman, he seems to have a vast vocabulary and acts as if few issues troubled his mind, or at least shows no anxiety. Not afraid to speak up and share his thoughts, though they always seem heavily curated to properly portray the intent he wants to express.
He also makes it clear that he's a studied wizard through his observations of the world around him and his apparent familiarity with the arcane. When speaking of the Art, his excitement is visible, and he appears eager to share his knowledge with whoever is willing to listen. Though those with keen senses may notice he always seems to be holding back, disciplined to not overshare, but he hides that well.

The Red Wizards of Thay
A Red Wizard himself, Ulzan is deeply connected with the Thayan organisation, having started his studies very early and achieving status of Red Wizard soon after his twentieth year. People may come to know Ulzan to be more docile than most Red Wizards, or at the very least in comparison with the stereotypes, though he doesn't hide his status of Red Wizard nor does he seem ashamed of it.

Mainly, Ulzan's goal in the Sword Coast is to honor the task given in fostering good diplomatic relationships with the prominent figures and governing bodies.
