Appearance Kit cannot edit Belt colors

The appearance kit currently gives an option to modify the Default Belt attached to armor/clothing items, including the option to modify colors. While the type and specific look of the belt can be altered, the color inputs don't currently actually function.

Belts do have tint maps. Their colors can be edited in the toolset, and the old appearance changer has some appearances with differently colored belts. The new appearance kit just doesn't seem feed the tint values where they need to go.
While the standard leather belts look mostly fine whatever their colors, there are many "belt" that are tabbards or skirts or other articles of clothing, and those really would benefit from being colorable.
