Increase Aura of Despair's AoE (to fix it)

Right now, Aura of Despair cannot affect large creatures. Tested on wyverns; they are too big to actually approach their hitbox (I guess) and thus it has no impact (turned it off and on again - saves remained the same while touching them).

Suggestion: Increase Aura of Despair from 10 feet to 20 feet or 30 feet. 10 feet is absurdly small in nwn2 (evidently, the point of being buggy).
