Guild Hall Home Nodes

Proposal: Home nodes in all guild halls.

OR

Have a separate guild node depending on the keys in your inventory where you can TP from the nexus directly to one of the guild halls you are eligible to enter.

I think this would be nice for all player housing, actually. Could add to the RP. "Oh, I had to log off at the FAI instead of actually going to my house because of time, but I can start there tomorrow". I think it would be good all-round.

I second all of the above! Many times I RP heading home before I log off, and would love to start there when I log in again. I never thought about having the nodes for guilds, too, but I think that would be a great addition as well!

Would definitely help with the more secretive guilds where disguises have to be put on outside of Nexus.

It's a good suggestion.

However, if memory serves, this suggestion has been shot down in the past in that the upper ups considered that a high percentage of players would just log their toons into the Guild halls, and...stay there. Thus, "robbing" the general population of the chance for "run ins" as these same toons must now walk their digital butskies from the nearest spawn node to their guild hall/house. It's a funny argument if you ask me...but it does have some merit, in that it is already difficult to find other PCs "at random" in the environment (sure, one can easily see/use the SRCRY and find out everyone is at some bar or another tavern or inn or....).

But that doesn't even matter anymore, randomness in finding other PCs "on the road," so to speak. The population is so low and there are few newbies and everyone just hangs in their nodes like good nodies should. :think:

Those players tend to not interact much on the way to thier places anyway I feel.
