Low Light Vision turning NPCs hostile
Couple weeks ago a friend was killed by NPCs in the Blue Lantern Keep because of Low Light Vision spell. I notice some NPCs lose their minds about it and others it doesn't affect, which leads me to believe that it's being addressed on a per-npc basis. Wouldn't a simpler solution be to change the spell range to in-party only? Just a thought.

This has been an ongoing issue for at least the three and a half years I've been using the spell. I don't know if it's been addressed or not. But yes, using it around NPCs is a bad idea as it can aggro them. Also, using it with a companion out can set the companion to hostile to any NPCs in the area. I accidentally killed someone's packhorse that way a year or two back.

Should be fixed for next patch. It was erroneously signalling itself as a harmful spell when cast.
