A bald Mulani mage with web-like tattoos all around his head and donned in the garments of a Red Wizard teleports into Mist Lake and eventually approaches. You notice the left side of his face is disfigured with his left cheek tainted with grey, scalish skin and his eye being colored black with a glowing red pupil at it's center. He leaves a parchment that details an offer . . .
