Unfortunately, there's only a handful of hardcoded spell rows which can target friendly and hostile creatures indiscriminately. Reduce/Enlarge aren't in them.

Why not remove from Enlarge Person the +3 damage bonus and make the Strength bonus stacking with existing enchantments (like the spell Righteous Fury or the barbarian's Rage) ?

That former part is an NWNism, trying to fake "All equipment worn or carried by a creature is similarly enlarged by the spell. Melee and projectile weapons affected by this spell deal more damage." Unfortunately, I don't think we can really do it any better.
The latter part makes sense, though. I'll bring it up internally.

Now that I think of it, the spell Rage should stack the +2 Strength too... the thing is how to consider all these possible spell stackings. Maybe not change the Enlarge spell, but do it for the Rage spell, as it's a spell with a relative short duration (1 round/Level).
I don't see yet how it would work in general. Enlarge + Righteous Fury + Rage could be too OP.
