Armour (reversibly) disappeared after server transition

#### Description

Armour slot item disappeared after transitioning from Kraak Helzaak to Baldur's Gate using the caravan

#### What EXACTLY did I do:

Build: Has all Fighter feats for armour/shield (F16/C3/SD3/B8)
Inventory: 2 pages empty

1. I spawned in Outer Gate for first time in this reset after last logging at FAI and did NOT rest.
2. Took caravan to Kraak Helzaak (Troll Claws)
3. Inside KH, bought a +4 Heavy Shield
4. I used the manneuqin to edit its appearance to match my previous, +3 heavy shield. I have accepted/reopened/closed the interface multiple times to cross-reference it with my old shield as simply inputting the colour codes did not seem to work. My old shield had a spell (Entropic Shield) attached.
5. Satisfied, still wearing all my gear, I went back south to Baldur's Gate using the caravan. I was NOT wearing the new shield.
6. While storing my old shield on my horse, I noticed I was not wearing my gloves. I re-equipped them
7. Suddenly, I noticed I was not wearing my breastplate armour. There was no combat log that I could see indicating I dropped it. My model was stuck on the breastplate's appearance though, greyed out as it usually does.
8. I went back to Kraak Helzaak, thinking I dropped it.
9. I'm wearing it again, as if nothing happened.

n.b.: The armour was NOT in my inventory, its icon is rather striking and it was nowhere to be seen.

#### Reproducible?

I transferred back from Kraak Helzaak to Baldur's Gate, and although I noticed the equip script removing it temporarily, I had my armour back on as normal. I do not dare retrace the exact steps

#### Anything unusual to add:

When I was equipping my +4 shield for the first time and dragged it to my hot bar, its icon was red like when you don't have the neccessary requirements to equip. After unequipping it once, the red highlight disappeared and things worked as normal.
