Mild. It's only a graphical issue that doesn't affect gameplay in any way.
The issue
There's something odd with one of the Water Genasi's head models, as if one of the vertices was pulled all the way down to the pc's feet. This is only visible from the back, so it can go unnoticed when cycling through the heads during character creation.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Log in on the server.
2) Select Planetouched->Water Genasi (female)
3) Click one time on the left-side arrow on head selection (the bugged model is the very last, so either one time on the left, or several on the right)
4) View Body, turn it around.
5) Notice that there's a long flat triangle going from head to toes, cutting through the body model.
6) Change hairstyle, change head model, notice that the head model is the cause of the issue.
What should happen
No weird graphical issues should appear when selecting the aforementioned head.
