Physical description:
Standing at 5'0" with Silver white hair, Ruby red eyes and some shade of grey skin, Lyrith is a Lith drow. She has some muscle to her but not much. She is typically seen wearing Purple and dark blue colored attire. She wears faint smoky make up that accentuates her eyes, high cheek bones, and lush lips. On her hip is normally her Grimoire with strange runes on the spine.

Psychological description:
You wouldn't think of it for a Drow on the Surface, but Lyrith is speaks with a calm pleasent voice as she sells her wares. However her eyes never seem to hide that there might be something more brewing under the surface. For those that fully get to know Lyrith, one would see that she wants to attain more power by any means. On top of this, Lyrith seems to speak her mind with little regard to how others might react to it. Perhaps spending time with other races than her own, has altered her mind a bit that one of her own race could think she's insane.

Religious views:
Even though she is a Drow, Lyrith is not a follower of Lolth. In fact she hates the Spider Queen and knows that if any of her faithful were to discover her Heritic ways, she would be killed. Lyrith understands that she needs to be careful with what is said, how it's said and where things are discussed.

History

For one such as herself, it is a mystery in its own for how a Drow managed to live so long on the Surface of Toril without being killed off by other races. Lyrith had grown up in the woods around the Elven Court, she had witnessed the hatred the Elves held towards her kind however there was one elf who did not bare this hatred towards her. Yet she could understand why, even when she was young he could understand why she was hated despite never having done anything to earn the hatred. Her race was a blight to other. A curse. Yet this never stopped her nor did it really affect her in any way. As she grew older and watched things in the woods change and shift, as the Elves fled from the Elven Court in favor of a place called Evermeet, Lyrith's mind began to shift and change its perspective of the world around her. She began to venture out more away from her family while they moved into the old Elven Court Ruins. Lyrith would eventually come to the Edgelands where the energies coming from Myrth Drannor would affect her in a way. As she set foot into the 60 mile clearing, Lyrith fell to a knee and couldn't process why. Everything felt strange, like a part of her was missing, like something had been taken from her in a mere moment and was being messed around with. Like a kitten with a ball of yarn, it felt like that part of her was being unraveled for fun. Doing her best to step out of the area and back to the trees, she could slowly feel herself recovering. Which made her think of something, that she was in touch with the weave. Returning home, Lyrith spoke to her mother, the only skilled mage she knew of, and told her of what had happened, her mother frowned but she could understand it then began to teach Lyrith about the arcane and it's general applications and schools.

As time progressed and as Lyrith mastered the basic cantrips, the Time of Trouble had come to pass. Her mother encouraged her to never cast a spell til things were over, but Lyrith was not about to listen to sound advice when the weave itself had become something different. The chaotic energy she felt with the sparks of her spells becoming wild, the feeling the rush of something different being casted instead excited the Drow and made her all the more excited to see what Chaos Wild Magic could cause. She needed to know, she had to know. This power with no law or order to it, to be this chaotic and unpredictable, it was as if something in the back of her mind had clicked into place. She needed to know more about it and how to harness it for herself. She needed this power all to herself. However...Her mother was not about to let her daughter go down this path. When the Time of Troubles ended and the weave was safe to use again, Lyriths mother immediately sent her to Sshamath to learn how to properly control her spells and magic instead of fancy something that was out of control. This didn't sit well with Lyrith as she hated the idea of order now. As much as she hated the idea of being near something like Lolth. She needed to break out of the Underdark, to get back to the surface. She couldn't learn anything of interest down in a dark place that would be her death. She needed her freedom.

Future
Lyrith is always going to seek more power or those with Power she can use to her advantage. It's safe to say that Wild Magic is something she will always want to obtain or be able to bend to her will should she ever learn of the means to do so. However, she won't aim for the Litchdom most crazed mages attempt to reach so they can learn more ancient secrets and forbidden knowledge.

Heirloom item
  • An old tarnished Medal
    - This medal looks like something once worn by a soldier. Spirit shamans could tell there's something connected to it still and when they look at Lyrith....there's a strange chicken spirit following her?
  • Branch of Cherrywood
    - For some reason she keeps this branch on her, any druid or ranger would be able to tell this is from Cormanthor. Why she carries this around is anyone guess.
  • Old Elven staff
    - The staff that she carries on her back is much older than Lyrith herself. It still holds some arcane power, but it is very faint. Perhaps in the future this staff will be restored to its original power. Though who knows if that will be a good or bad thing.
Plot hooks
  • Power is Everything
    - A chance to gain more power, what more could a Wizard ask for? The Price for that power? Hm, it'll be a steep one but we're sure that it is worth it in the end. Maybe.
  • Keeper of the Artifact
    - Word of a powerful artifact crosses the Wizards ears. One that can supposedly change the fabric of reality even. Something of that sort can be a tool or a weapon in the right or wrong hands. Yet the price for it...is far too costly for anyone to pay.
  • The House Always Wins
    - For being houseless for so long and hard to locate for so many years, Lyrith is found by members of House Jaelre. Yet this is not a good thing, not for her. Oh no, now it has become something of a issue. Either Lyrith rejoins the house and serves them Faithfully, never to desert the house again. OR she is to die. Either way, she loses if she can't find an out of the box solution.
