I'm not sure what you mean here.

If you're a full plate user and a tower shield user You're probably going to want a base of at least 13 strength with a +3 item, but maybe 14 strength or a +4 strength item if you're going to also want wands or are using heavier weapons too. Ultimately you can reduce this too by using armors that by using mithril I believe, which isn't exactly difficult to find one where you just toss a +4 AC bracer on to compensate if you cannot find +4 mithril FP, (which is probably harder to obtain)

no it is becouse in the past we have some time a cap lvl on items now we sould do it as a attributes like a Tower Shield we sould have Str like on a tower 14 by use and fuld plate armor 14 ?
