Server Connection Bug

I don't remember if this has been posted about already, but after enduring this for a long time, I've decided to make a bug report.

While playing, I will randomly lose connection to the server. When trying to reconnect, using direct connect, it will behave as though the server is down even though it is not.

If I log into server two and then portal back to server one, it will allow me in just fine.

This has been going on for a long while now, and I am not the first victim. I saw a couple people discussing it when it was a newer problem on discord and that's where I learned the server two trick.

This has been happening a lot to me. Thankfully most of the time it's not more than once per play session, but it's extremely disruptive to roleplay, especially if the person leaves while I can't get back in.

Back when it started, I had it happen repeatedly one after another while trying to roleplay with someone in the Halls of Inner Light. It's been plaguing me ever since then.

If anyone can tell me what I can do to try and help figure this out, I'll try my best with what I can manage. I just may not be very well equipped to do so.

I understand issues like this are tricky to figure out and appreciate everyone's time and effort on the server. I've just been sick for around a week and this happened again the first night I've logged in for a while, so it was very frustrating.
