Weekly XP Pool Over Quest XP

Not sure where the server admins are at with this or even the player base but I would love if we could take the amount of quest XP that you can get weekly and instead just award that into a bonus pool for each PC on an account from which they can get that XP by doing anything that causes the XP to tick. RP or grind or whatever. I just do not think that only giving that XP which I assume is accounted for in the server calculation on how fast we can level to only those who do the quests weekly no matter fast they can be to get done. I think around an hour if you really know how to do it. After years of doing those quests I would love to be able to get that XP in other ways like running dungeons for me personally but by being in an xp pool it can be awarded however a person plays in the game.
