A brief history:
John was born in the Farmlands of Baldurs Gate. He had a twin sister named Gwen. John tended to his family farm with his family. One day they noticed a few fists looking the house over. Hours later, John was in the family barn when he heard a noise. Followed by screaming. John grabbed his pitch fork and ran out of the barn to witness five fists laying waste to his home. John witnessed his father and mother struck down. One of the wayward fist was dragging his sister onto his horse. Roland charged at one of them and stabbed him with the pitch fork. John was quickly overwhelmed. Why they left him alive? The answer eluded him.
