Elven Talk Videos

Unread post by Flights of Fantasy »

I had been wanting to try creating some videos where I share my thoughts on elven roleplay. I released my first video on "How to Lie Like an Elf" earlier today and would like to share it. I had fun making it and it led to the creation of a ballad and a tale. I will likely do more in the future and figured I would share them here in this topic. I want to clarify these will only be my personal opinions. It's not meant to be a rigid set of "rules," only a potential source of inspiration for other players. Please continue to roleplay your elven characters in the way that you feel is true and entertaining.

These talks are not designed to be specific to D&D lore but rather focus on elves in general as they are presented in all forms of media. Although, I will show clear favoritism to their portrayal in J.R.R. Tolkien's literature. I'm also going to construct these videos so they're an in-character interaction, an elf sharing her wisdom about the natures of elves, so the videos are more entertaining to watch. I hope you all enjoy them.

Stories of Hope

This is not a talk video, but it doesn't fit with the D&D songs topic I started. I created this to serve as the trailer for my YouTube channel. I had a lot of fun creating it and I hope everyone enjoys it as well.
