Crossbow User Oddities

Heya , I have been playing a character that uses crossbows , and found a few issues with it .

The range and obstacle check doesn't seem to apply penalties to attack as it suggests in the combat log .
I had shots , not sure how , of over 160 range with full attack still , even though the log suggested they'd lose 46 attack at that range , this is just an example as with smaller ranges the penalties weren't applied either .

Another possible bug is with rapid reload , rapid shot , many shot and haste , the attack seems to go really high , or so the combat log suggests .
Basically first shot has 50 attack , should be downgraded to 42 with many shot and normally it does , but once haste is added to the mix , it instead gets up to 55 attack .
The character this was tested on is a Bard/Fighter with full crossbow feat line choices .

just a side info

For Longbow
It does deduct -8 but occasionally +2/-2. like it reduces from 50 to 42 but occasionally it becomes 44 or 40 weirdly enough and not flat.

about the range penalty, and behind cover etc, i think they decided to zerorized it many many years ago due to lots of complaints(especially for range archers). so always 0 penalty.
