Hello everyone.
Text written using translator because of my bad english.

I have encountered an authorization problem that has persisted for more than a week.
When trying to log in to the server, the connection is terminated with the error "the server is not responding, the server response time has expired".

What has been done:
1) all possible ways to bypass the locks are enabled (with the exception of VPN services due to increased ping); the problem persists
2) work on the part of the Internet provider, there are no problems on the part of the provider; the problem persists
3) authorization attempts using another Internet provider, the problem persists
4) mobile internet usage; the problem persists

At the same time, I can connect to other servers, other servers are working normally.

I've tried all the options, I need your help.

Turn off the computer and all networking equipment for a few minutes, then turn it back on again.
Then run a command line tracert / traceroute to game.bgtscc.net
