Hi - I was told to post my bug finding here. Currently, as it is, whenever you enter an area of adverse weather (rain, storms, etc) the effects of level 3 Stormlord, Storm Walk, persist OUTSIDE of areas of bad weather, such as interiors or other maps.
Resting will remove this Freedom of Movement buff, but re-entering the area causes it to re-apply and thus persist indefinitely.
Stormlord 'Storm Walk' persisting outside of adverse weather.

Hi dak12attack, thanks for your report!
The applied effects never set the spell ID. So when we removed effects with that spell ID on entering a new area the removal wasn't doing anything since the applied effects weren't given the spell ID.
I now set the spell ID, but I won't be able to test this one easily, so please report back after next patch!
