Why all the changes to the crafting system?

Seems there has been more changes to the crafting system. Can we get a list of spells that can be scribed, made into wands and elixirs, along with the cost for each spell/item. This would help with RP for my Master Alchemist. Thanks!

It looks like some of this information is out of date, for example the Death Ward wand says 21000gp and 900xp but it's actually 45000gp and 1800xp. This seems to be a bit pricy compared to other wands at the same level.

Can we get a list with the updated gold and XP cost?
