Along with the Nazgareth's note is another one hastily scrawled on a separate piece of parchment.
Since I was asked to recount what I saw this day, I will do so briefly in the hope that it is some help.
My companion and I were seeking to find a person I had seen summoning a skeleton and were searching north of the road where we had last seen her. We paused to take a break upon the bridge and while standing there, we both heard a strange voice speaking some sort of poetry which didn't really make any sense at all. It spoke of being alone for a day or something like that. Anyway, whatever it was, it also seemed to have the power of suggestion as it forced my companion, against her will, to try to drop off the bridge into the water.
I do not know if this was connected to the undead which I saw earlier, but I spotted many strange things this day, including the skeleton, later a demon (I think summoned by the same woman in black), and a tentacled creature that seemed to glide along the road. All this happened before hearing the voice.
That is all I can write about. I don't know if this will be of much use or not, but I hope it is.

Re: Letters to Jonas and Abby
Abby enters the santuary, tired and covered in the dust of the road. Making her way through the cluttered construction she find's sister Juna and asks of news of her lost sister, Anie. A bleak and saddened expression is her only reply. Abby nods slowly, grief and worry etched on her face. Then Juna extends a parchment note sealed with an elvish character.
"This came for you ealier sister Abby. I think it is urgent."
Abby takes the note and breaks its seal gingerly, her eyes lingering on the name scribed upon it. "Nazgareth... " A shadow crosses her features momentarily as she opens the letter, scanning its contents with a glance.
Looking up, her gaze fixes as her thoughts turn inward. With a sigh she sets the letter down.
"I wonder what makes you assume im still alive Naz..."
"What do you mean sister?" Juna asks.
Glancing up, Abby realizes the words were aloud. "Tis nothing sister... please inform me if you hear anything of sister Anie."
The healer turns toward her cell, unbuckling her bracers as she walks, her thoughts lingering on shadows.
"What to do.... what to do."

Re: Letters to Jonas and Abby
Jonas reads both messages and sighs heavily. So, this darkness was all over, was it? He was beginning to think it was only affecting those around him. Auriel taken and returned. Anie taken and returned, only to be taken again - supposedly permanently. Alice taken and returned.
The paladin quickly forwards both messages on to Elias Goodmane, with a quick note saying there is more to this story with women in particular seeming to be targeted and talk of a host of creatures of the night preparing against us. He states a longer letter will be forthcoming unless they see each other in person first.
His closing line to Elias reads: "When one fears the darkness, they bring more light; it will take the combined forces of Light to combat this foe my friend."
