A New Start..

Or thats what this is meant to be.. Lolth curse you my erstwhile siblings! Your scheming and betrayal have given me no alternative than to seek refuge abroad. Thankfully the temple in this.. Sshamath was able to offer me entrance to their lower ranks. *sigh*.. Though from what little I've heard of the place disgusts me. Heretics walking the streets, not giving Lolths blessed their justified reverence! Dark mistress preserve, males in seats of power also. Have we fallen so low as a race to allow such things?

One small mercy is that this iblith excuse for a trade caravan should reach the city soon. My journey, and flight will soon be over. I had to actually barter away most of what little wealth I was able to secret away to the jaluk caravan master to secure passage in some form of comfort in his caravan. Curse him for his affront.
