insightful strike

I noticed that the swashbuckler class description that one sees in BGTSCC has the insightful strike ability, the one where one gets one's INT bonus added to damage as well as STR, kicks in at 5th lvl. In my 'regular' game that description says one gets it at 3rd lvl. My 'regular' game has MoTB and SoZ.

Is that correct in that in the BGTSCC world it's different, 5th instead of 3rd, or is it some sort of typo?

It's correct.. you get it at 5.
