Here is a funny thing about these DDoS attacks: whomever is doing them, actually has accomplished their goal: they mess up Players fun. Done. Been done. So, really, they already achieved a "win," and there is really no "need" to do it further. With the exact same action, and the exact same effect, nothing new is actually coming from it. The same Players will keep dealing with it, and then when the DDoS stops, they'll come back online, and have their fun game. The whole action has reached a null point.
Which isn't a very good use of...anyone's intelligence, least of all, their wallet.
So on one hand, I'd like to recognize the success of the original action, but also recognize the failure in continued action. I mean..this is a Game. One can only get so annoyed by not being able to play a game. And there are, by far, many many more important things out there to allow to affect a person, in any significant way.
