I agree with Ithilan here. If you want to have some kind of charity bin, it should be in IC areas.

It should be IC action. If you want this there is nothing stopping any of us from creating RP in BG farmlands East or shamath handing nooblootz out. I know of several characters that do the exact same thing with raises and curse removal. No reason to make rasael/duster make something to oocly complete an RP opportunity.

This is the default method. RP it IG. Stand outside of high traffic area and offer things. Cheap. :)

Not fun. I've tried, while editing profiles and books. Still not fun. Plus noobs hold their gold like its... ...gold.
