Ameris would review these patients at least twice a day, when arriving and leaving the temple. Three days after these patients were transferred, Ameris would conduct a final review and determine if there have been further symptoms or not. He would conduct a thorough examination and then discharge them if nothing amiss was seen.Tsidkenu wrote:After hearing of the arrival of several diseased adventurers, Priestess Aeili immediately sprang into action. She found the trio recovering in the Temple of Tyr and insisted that they transfer to quarantine in the Temple of Ilmater for special observation. Even the Ilmateri register of patients had been filled out properly. A report was left for both the duty nurses and the temple priests.

Disease Quarantine Incident Report
Date: 9th of Tarsakh.
Patients: Three, female. Refer to register.
The three adventurers were battling sickly trolls and undead in the Troll Claws, not far from the settlement of Kraak Helzak. They reported some kind of dust cloud which was present in the Troll Claw Hills which they breathed in which may have been a contributing factor.
Symptoms: Intense fatigue, aches and pain over the whole body, accompanied by muscular weakness. Reported vomiting of worms or maggots, followed by shortness of breath.
Treatments: They were administered initial curatives by the druidess Onna'Evatril in the hills before they made their way to the farmlands of Baldur's Gate, after which they entered the Temple of Tyr.
The three were cured by a Paladin of Tyr and transferred at my insistence to the Temple of Ilmater for quarantine and observation. Patients treated with a lavender and olive leaf extract aromatic baths to keep their heads clear and extremities clean of disease.
Discharge Orders: Patients are to bathe twice per day with five drops of olive leaf extract added in order to avoid potential spread.
Visitors permitted, but only medical staff permitted within 5 feet of patients.
No restrictions on food or beverage intake.
Discharge after three days if no further symptoms develop.
Signed,
Priestess Aeili
Temple of Mystra.
During their time in the temple their clothing would have been washed and blessed, as would their bodies.
