It is a game, the purpose is to have fun, not to hold grudges forever. Also "I'll ignore their RP if I oocly don't like them" is just borderline godmoding in this scenario. Keep in mind that misunderstandings happen too.
Nope. You don't ever have to play with people who have shown themselves to be immature, selfish people. And there are a ton of them on the server. All the time.
I will hold grudges against people forever, because I am simply not going to be dumb enough to play with someone who already once showed me they are all about themselves. I am here to have fun, not be the therapy tool of some person who has self-esteem issues.
I mean, when I came to this server, I didn't run around and grab everybody else's monster drops. I didn't run ahead and try to loot every chest and skeleton before anybody else could. I didn't make a power orc and then go around the server trying to beat up lowbies. I didn't have to learn these things were the acts of selfish twits, I was simply raised better.
And the internet is a hive of scum and villainy, overflowing with rude people who have no idea what respect even means, and are complete social idiots. I am here for the people who are here to have fun, and who do have respect ingrained in them. I don't have time in my life for all the selfish losers that infect every corner of the internet and gaming world. I give people one chance, that's it. Because usually the 20 minutes I spend with someone adventuring is either really fun, or it ends up me rolling my eyes for twenty minutes while some dufus runs around, acting like a completely self-absorbed and oblivious idiot, thinking they are impressing me with their super power build or whatever.
You're telling me, after a first experience, I should spend another 20 minutes of my life with the same twit, doing the same thing, because "godmodding"? No dude. Not even.
