Make runes weightless and Mark Rune universal?

Is it not possible, to make the Rune Item, have the spell Mark Rune attached upon itself? There'd be no need to memorise it onto a spellbook then.

same reason why UD Druids have no natural areas for teleportation
They really need to fix that as most of the UD caverns should be natural. As they are mostly unworked by man, natural.
