He's technically already deleted. You see, he shows up as a spirit on your minimap when a shaman uses Detect Spirits (at least, last time I checked). So clearly, he must already be dead!

Actually, this was my way of putting the player base to work to help solve a problem. 
There were at least two of these NPCs in the creature list. I wanted to know if either spawned and where, so the associated creature file and spawner could be removed. Thank you for your support.

PC1 = Nerys, Emissary and Skald of the Greyfox tribe, last seen roaming north near Secomber
PC2 = Valqis Sanejmeh; far away cartographer, Oracle of Nut at chaltin QulDaq, former navigator of the Sea Seeker, Reader of Candlekeep and sometime performer.
