Divine Champion bonus feats

What I wish for this thread is that everyone stop typing that it's +5 AB and +5 divine damage, or agreeing with the notion. It's +3 to both, not +5.

Divine Champion question: does a negative modifier on Charisma effect Smite Infidel and Divine Wrath?

It would seem that Smite Infidel wouldn't add any bonuses with a negative Charisma, right? Or, is there an un-desribed minimum of 1 point?

As for Divine Wrath, the current custom calculation for Duration is 1/2 DC levels + CHA mod per round. Would a negative CHA modifier reduce the rounds? Or, for a level 10 Divine Champ with a negative CHA mod, it would get a base 5 rounds?
